We enjoyed an absolutely lovely 2 night stay at the Westin London City due its Marriott Bonvoy affiliation and agreed this is a great example of some of the best in the portfolio, all with the best of London's center at the tip of your heels. The room was very spacious and well appointed but what made this as usual with Marriott was the staff- whenever there was any kind of issue or we asked for a recommendation they were immediately on it to help out. They made a great first impression by giving us a tour of the hotel and facilities: the steam room here is the best/hottest I've been to which was perfect for sweating out the pints and grills from Brigadiers around the corner. The sauna wasn't very warm but it might have been the time of day, otherwise great stuff. The Lounge was a great space to hang out and chat between check-in/check-out and did a really solid breakfast. You're right across from the Globe Theatre here and just two blocks from St. Paul's. If one was inclined this would be the perfect spot for a theatre hop from the Public, Globe, and National Theatres- we saw A Christmas Carol at The Old Vic which was only about a 30 minute walk. For folks visiting the city for the first or 100th time you can visit any major attraction from here and stay in high style. The bed was stitched with some variety of heavenly feathers and we were really impressed all the tech in the room was functioning- always a plus being able to stream iPlayer/Netflix. This is definitely our new go-to in the City and highly recommend it. Christmas decorations, along with the broader cheer, really heightened the atmosphere of this property.

Great location with, beautiful pool area and amazing room. Staff at FO it was by far the best. Sadly the bar was close, so I had to have food and drinks at the bar facing the desk. The bar was quiet, and overstaffed. Had to wait more then usual to place 2 orders, duo to the the staff being chatting between them

We recently stayed at The Westin London City and had a truly wonderful experience. We visited the bar and were very impressed by the excellent service — the staff were polite, attentive, and visible throughout the building, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. What impressed me the most was the exceptional level of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Both the public spaces and bedrooms were spotless and beautifully maintained — I honestly didn’t expect such high standards. The amenities were fantastic, and the breakfast offered a wide range of delicious options to suit everyone. The attendants were friendly and engaging, and it was lovely to see real human interaction — something that’s sadly missing in many other places these days. I must say, I’m very fussy when it comes to beds, but the mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable, giving me a great night’s sleep. The only small suggestion I’d make is that there seemed to be a few too many layers (sheets, blankets, and duvet) — perhaps a simpler setup could be just as elegant while being a bit more sustainable. I only wish I had taken more photos — I only managed a few from our excellent dinner, which was another highlight of the stay. Overall, a beautifully clean property with wonderful service, great comfort, and a genuine human touch. Highly recommended!

I attended the Cvent networking event, at The Westin, London. Once through the doors, I was helped to the Cloak room and the efficient greeter gave me directions to the Hithe bar. It was a festive, Christmas, occasion and the bar service moved swiftly. The bar's décor is excellent and there is a great view of the waterfront. The ambience is such that there is an excellent balance between hosting corporate and individual events. So strongly recommend

Not my first stay and definitely won’t be my last. Always love staying at The Westin on the river. That beautiful signature scent as soon as you walk in sets the tone straight away. The breakfast selection is fantastic, and a special shoutout to Manisha and Aneesh who were so friendly and attentive (a rare gem in London!). Looking forward to coming back again soon.

Westin is one of my favorite Marriott brands and Westin London City did not disappoint. Room service was exquisite. The staff in every aspect of the experience, from when we walked in the door, to check in, to Westin Club breakfast service, was all top notch. The hotel feels and appears very clean, and something I enjoyed is that when the daily room cleaning was happening in rooms other than my own it felt as though the staff was taking care not to be too loud or obstructive with their carts. The only downside is that it can be a little difficult for ride share or a taxi to deliver you right at the front entrance due to road construction (or I don’t know the trick to get in easily), which is where the ding for location has come from. Please note that if you are very budget conscious this hotel is an hour from the airport, and you can rack up quite the ride share/taxi bill especially in busy days like Saturday.

When in London, we love staying at The Westin London City. The staff is attentive and always makes us feel welcome from the moment we arrive. The spa is a true highlight with a relaxing pool and sauna available for guests after a long day exploring the city. The breakfast buffet is excellent, especially the made-to-order omelet station. The executive club lounge is another favorite, perfect for unwinding with a drink, grabbing a light bite, or catching up on work in a calm, stylish space. Overall, The Westin London City delivers comfort, great service, and thoughtful amenities. It’s our go-to place to stay whenever we’re in town.

A long overdue review! What a wonderful experience we had at The Westin. This was our first visit and birthday trip to Central London in November, and the staff went above and beyond with their hospitality. From a birthday treat by Sonia and the Client Experience team, to the Mosaic staff (Kristy, Manisha, Mehrigul, Sudhir, and Chef John) during breakfast services, to the recommendations and services provided by the concierge desk, everyone ensured that our stay in London was unforgettable. Thank you to all of the staff at The Westin. We'll definitely be back! Tip: If you're staying during early November, make sure to check out the Lord Mayor's Show. The hotel is a block away from the route and accessible to St. Paul's Cathedral.
